We had so many issues and will never rent again from this company. First. They never confirmed our times lot. I had to call 3 times to verify. Then the day of the party it was raining but we said we would call at 5 to confirm if they came or not. We called and said yes to come on and they arrived at 7! They should have already had it loaded and waiting. It was embarrassing as our guests were waiting. During the time, he allowed children to operate the machine while he took a call from his wife. Then at the end for payment we were never told to pay a 3rd party, so I didn't feel comfortable doing that. I wanted to verify to make sure the "manager" "boss" whoever would refuse to take my calls. So the operator sat in my driveway for an additional 2 hours! They should have told us about paying a 3rd party up front!! I have never experienced that in renting any items before. All the company needed to do was take ownership and apologize for crappy customer service but they wanted to argue with us about it. Plus, my husband had to help unload everything because they didn't have enough people with them to unload.

We recently used Party Tents and Events Guru for table and chairs for our city employee appreciation event, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. We had another company cancel on us on Monday, and by Tuesday they had everything secured and ready to go for a very large event on Friday.I was definitely stressed and probably called more times than I should have, but their team never once sounded annoyed or irritated. Every person I spoke with was patient, reassuring, and made sure I felt confident everything would be handled.They even delivered earlier than expected, which was a huge help. The setup understandably took some time because there were a lot of tables and chairs, but the crew was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. Huge shoutout to Yolanda, Donny, James, Taylor, and the manager Randy for going above and beyond.They also provided tablecloths for all of the tables at no extra charge, which was so appreciated and such a thoughtful touch. Pickup was just as smooth — they arrived right as the event ended and made the process easy.Highly recommend them for any event. Their customer service, communication, and professionalism truly helped make a stressful situation so much easier.

I was having my mother 78th birthday party so I rented a tent from this company. They brought out a tent with duct tape on it, poles that were dented and very flimsy and they were supposed to be there at 6:30 and made it there at 9:34.. I end up telling him to take the tent down and take it back with them. The owner never reached out. I reached out calling him over and over again. No one answers the phone trying to get refund. When I had a different person call they was able to talk to somebody and said they were sending over an email and I would get a partial refund and now they don’t answer no calls and no email . BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! They will take your money.What you see online is not what you get. After this review he send a message! But I noticed he does that to everyone who leave a bad review and threat to send the cops to your address lol. Scare tactic don’t work over here. I paste all the text messages in review! Well most. I could went on Amazon for that tent!
