a week agoI just wanted to warn everyone and let you know about my family's and my unfortunate experience with this venue. We chose this venue for our wedding in March of this year. Initially, we were impressed with their presentation, and they were flexible with our budget. However, communication throughout the entire process was minimal at best, and most of the time I had to contact and call multiple people multiple times to get information about upcoming payments, schedule things that needed to be done (dress meetings, wedding rehearsal), and so on. We were told that with the package I had purchased (even with the modifications we made to fit our budget/remove items we didn't need), we would have a DJ and a coordinator for one day.We also had a time restriction for when we could go to the venue to get ready, even though they offered a "getting-ready room." Thankfully, our photographer was flexible and was able to change the plans at the last minute when I told him about the time change, I think it was two days before the wedding.Fast forward to before our wedding, when we were supposed to have our rehearsal. We waited at the venue for over half an hour before being told that the "coordinator" was going to be late, and she never showed up!On our wedding day, the "DJ" had no idea what was going on, didn't follow our instructions for the procession, and repeated my husband's song four or five times before my aunt finally ran over to talk to him and correct him.Where was the coordinator you asked about? Apparently, according to the venue, "WE DIDN'T PAY ENOUGH" for one.And for almost a year, they kept saying "you'll sort everything out with the coordinator" whenever I asked questions about the day's deadlines. So my bridesmaids and groomsmen had no idea what to do or how to keep the beat, and ONCE AGAIN, my aunt had to step in instead of enjoying the ceremony. When my husband and I went on stage for our performance, the DJ didn't know our names, so the venue never informed him. I gave them the genres of music we wanted played, and the selection was mediocre at best. When guests went to make song requests, the DJ would back down and say, "Oh, well, I can't because it's not what the bride requested," even though we were told people could make requests. So, I kept having to step away from taking photos, spending time with my husband, and enjoying myself to go and make song requests on behalf of my guests.Just a fair warning. Their communication was terrible, and for the price we paid, we probably could have gotten a more thoughtful venue company that listened to our wishes and needs and communicated these problems/setbacks.Super disappointing quality for literally one of the most important days of my life.

2 months agoMy daughter got married at this place. We were told we'd have a coordinator all night assisting with everything. The woman never showed up! The DJ was completely clueless, he didn't even know the couple's names! He said no one gave him any instructions. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place is not worth it!My daughter recently got married at this place. They had told us we would have a coordinator at the venue to guide us through the evening. The woman never showed up! When it was time for the couple to walk in, the DJ was clueless about the songs and didn't even know their names! A waste of money. Don't hold any of your events here. The place looks cheap, too.
