Got a little lost finding this place but finally found it while driving around. Maybe should fix the google location pin.

It's very poorly organized, plus the heat is awful, everything is very bad

I'm sharing this so other families don't go through the same thing. We made a huge effort to give our baby his first birthday party and hired the "Alegría Reception Hall" located at 513 S Allen-Genoa Rd, South Houston, TX 77587. Mrs. Raquel put together a package for us that included a show and decorations. What she delivered was nothing like what I had asked for. The decorations looked terrible, everything was just thrown on top of each other, and the balloons were just thrown on the floor (balloon wheels 🛞). The letters were horribly made and held on with thumbtacks. Then she changed the time of the show (which she puts on herself) to whatever time she wanted! And she was still late! She told me she could do it at 7:00 when I wanted it at 6:30. I messaged her, and at 7:11 she replied that she was on her way! She has very poor sound quality; you can't understand what she's saying. She doesn't have a show prepared for parties!The photos she shares on her social media to promote herself aren't of the work she actually does! It's so sad that after all the effort we put into paying for a party for my baby, they found something that didn't live up to her expectations. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
